Who we’re looking for...
Someone with a highly technical background with proven management skills and experience. A person capable of leading and motivating our team of developers who will be accountable for ensuring our development meets the business requirements and ensures delivery of projects on time and within budget. The role will involve detailed scoping of solutions for clients with very specific requirements. You’ll need to demonstrate a quick understanding of their current systems and liaise with the management team here to establish how we can deliver for them. You’ll need to know how to achieve technical excellence from an architecture perspective whilst having an eye for detail.

Technical experience should include:
- Knowledge and understanding of current development technologies
- AWS/Google cloud
- LAMP stack
- Laravel / Framework CMS, or some combination of these
- Salesforce
- Vue, React / modern Javascript frameworks
- Git / github
- Build tools and package managers
- Docker, Kubernetes etc.
You should be able to create a build and code yourself. This code may not be for production but it gives you a deep understanding of what’s going on rather than high level. Be comfortable getting onto a server / into a codebase to answer questions for yourself. You will need an understanding of the technologies we use. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior role within our development team and provide solutions for our clients. The role requires detailed understanding of how best to realise clients business requirements across a range of industries especially travel. You should be able to demonstrate evidential experience in working with complex requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
This role requires exceptional technical knowledge and the confidence to demonstrate the best technical approach to complex meet requirements. Every bit as important are excellent communication skills and the ability to lead naturally. Being personable is essential.
