Mission:
Your main task will be to support the sales management, as well as assist the sales team across the organization to help achieve their objectives.
This will include handling and coordinating events, budgets, contracts, and other administrative key aspects for the team worldwide, while considering local culture and challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales reporting preparation and management
- Consolidate and analyse business data in Sales Force CRM
- Assist the deployment for Sales Force CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Collaborate with regional teams to maintain local agents contracts
- Coordinate sales training, events, and expos
- Manage and maintain sales community channels (TEAMS)
- Keep global Sales & Service organization charts up to date
- Facilitate the communication with our sales community
- Assist the budget management for the Sales department
- Handle processes related to SAP Purchasing
- Provide general Administrative Support to the Head of Sales
- You are organized, efficient, autonomous, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You are experienced thriving within a multicultural environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- You have a perfect command of English, French is an asset
- 5 years min. experience in CRM (Sales Force), as well as other Sales support tools (i.e. Sales Enablement IT systems).
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
