They are now seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to lead and innovate their marketing strategies, focusing on expanding their market presence and engaging more effectively with businesses in need of robust supply chain solutions.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM CST
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to the target audience.
- SEO and Paid Marketing: Utilize a solid understanding of SEO and paid advertising to increase the company's online presence and drive traffic to the website. Primarily on Google & LinkedIn.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including blogs and other relevant materials, to attract and retain customers.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Optimize the website's conversion rates to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Lead Generation Initiatives: Design and execute innovative lead generation strategies to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Team and Agency Management: Manage a team of creatives or coordinate with third-party agencies to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and align with business goals.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize tools like HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns, track engagement, and analyze results to optimize strategies.
- Enhanced Brand Awareness: You have successfully raised the company's profile in the supply chain and manufacturing sectors through targeted marketing strategies.
- Increased Lead Generation: Your efforts have significantly increased the quantity and quality of leads, contributing to business growth.
- Effective Team Leadership: Under your management, the marketing team or external agencies have consistently delivered high-quality marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Strong background in B2B marketing, with proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- SEO and Paid Marketing Knowledge: Proficient in SEO techniques and paid marketing campaigns to drive business objectives.
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to oversee the production of compelling content that engages B2B audiences.
- CRM Skills: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track marketing campaign performance.
- Leadership Abilities: Capable of leading a team, whether in-house or external, to achieve marketing goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the supply chain or manufacturing industries is beneficial but not required.
- Communication and Confidence: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; confident in taking initiative and leading projects.
