Data Entry Specialist

$460 - $1400 per week based on experience and current pay standards.

The perfect candidate is someone who is proactive and self-motivated. As a plus, the candidate would have experience in data entry using LinkedIn and Salesforce.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Managing LinkedIn activity daily
  • Weekly business development outreach for engaging new leads using 10+ LinkedIn handles
  • Weekly Securities outreaches for ongoing deals for 10+ bankers LinkedIn handles
  • Promoting weekly webinar on LinkedIn
  • LinkedIn profile extractions
  • Data Enhancement (using internal software to research contact information)
  • General social media uploads and management
  • Making connections via LinkedIn
  • Salesforce data upload
  • Data enhancement and entering of all incoming contacts, leads, and opportunities from an internal inbox
  • Mass uploading of contacts and leads from bankers
  • Mass uploading of the enhanced lists
  • Uploading attendee lists from Go'ToWebinar and EventBrite
  • Data enhancement of all lists

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of previous data entry experience
  • Highly proficient in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly gain command of new systems
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
