- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Work with clients to define user requirements for dashboards and reports.
- Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements and tasks
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with client and internal teams. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, SQL and graphical design of Power BI presentation layer to create and design intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to enable data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in creating various visualizations like line charts, area charts, histograms, pie charts, donut charts, stacked bar charts, stacked column charts, cards, paginated reports, multi-cards, and tables into rich looks.
- Experience with defining BI framework models, semantic layers and Metadata repositories to support Data governance and administration.
- Develop and manage BI end-user presentation layer training and documentation.
- Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of datasets.
- Proficient knowledge of data warehousing methodologies and concepts, including star schemas and snowflake schema.
- Experience working with Cloud-based and On-Perm data sources (Such as Big Query and SQL Server)
- Expert in Creating Calculated Columns and Measures in Power BI datasets.
- Leading BI software development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Participation in data warehouse design and enhancements.
- Responsible for documenting contents in a data warehouse and meta-data storage.
- Creating technical documentation for BI tools.
- Have similar experience with LookerML as PowerBI
- Previous experience working in GCP Techstack such as PubSub, Dataflow and BigQuery
- Performing gap analyses, maturity assessments and developing Analytics technology roadmaps
- Experience using Git for version control and deployment
- Experience coding in Python
- Experience working with data orchestration tools (Airflow)
- Experience with Agile delivery methodology
- Developing with CI/CD Pipelines
- Strong Business analyst and data analyst skills
