Who are we looking for?
We’re searching for an Intelligent Automation Consultant to manage digital process transformation and automation projects in Asia and Australia.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Collaborate closely with GHD clients to understand their specific use case and support pre-sales activities by offering digital expertise.
- Provide a deep level of product knowledge and skilfully advise on product-related questions during the sales cycle.
- Support the development of rapid prototypes, scale-ups, and business cases to deliver next-level client business efficiency, resilience, and sustainability outcomes.
- Develop demos/presentations, and RFT/RFP Responses and develop case-studies for the successful technology implementations.
- Develop / Manage Intelligent Automation Products and service offerings by combining strong Business Process Analysis skills complemented the advanced digitalisation skills.
- Assist in the preparation of project work plans and budgets with respect to architecture and design.
- As a team member foster an innovative work environment focused on digital technology and contribute ideas to improve technology solutions.
- Adhere to the architecture standards, and facilitate governance approvals (such as the Architecture Review Board)
- Extensive experience in building and testing process automation & Integration products, iPaaS offerings and related architecture acumen
- Strong understanding of convergence across IT infrastructure, cloud enablement, process automation, APIs, Micro-services, process re-engineering.
- Strong experience in Technology requirement analysis and elaboration, risk management, practice development and competency building, handling multiple teams to deliver projects.
- Degree qualification in IT or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience delivering IT solutions as solution architect.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies and project delivery frameworks
- Strong understanding of automation and integration technologies, solutions and underlying IT components and services
- Ability to engage and develop trusted relationships with client C-suite leaders.
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning driven intelligent automation solutions.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Science, Mathematics or Information/Computer Science related field
- Strong track record of leading large-scale projects and consulting pursuits
- Relevant technology and industry certification (e.g., TOGAF, RPA, CSM Certified)
- Lean Six Sigma certification and exposure BPMS tools such as Signavio.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Workato, MS Power Apps,
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in any of the programming languages (preferably JavaScript, Python, .NET, VB)
