We are building a cloud based platform that automatically connects with cameras, processes and analyzes their content and only forward actionable alerts to our customers. We are working with the biggest security companies in the world actively monitoring more than 25 thousands sites around the world. We are expecting to massively grow the number of cameras and traffic on our platform in the near future.
You will be part of a focused team who will be responsible for cloud infrastructure, operations, and DevOps. You will be designing, building, maintaining, and monitoring the cloud infrastructure to deploy Motorola Solutions platforms which can scale to millions of cameras all around the world. You have a strong sense of ownership and will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact for our products.
Job Description
You will work closely with a team of architects, engineers, and developers to design, build, maintain, and deploy cloud architectures and operational systems for our cloud platform. You will make sure to follow security best practices and design security into everything they do. You will be a key driver in the automation and monitoring of processes, services and deployments related to our cloud presence. You will utilize modern DevSecOps principles such as Infrastructure as Code and Containerization for the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment of our Cloud Applications and Infrastructure. Our customers expect exceptional performance and uptime from our platform, and the cloud infrastructure is the foundation of our platform. Ensuring that our platform can grow and scale to universal scale. If this excites you, then you have found the right place.
The team is highly distributed across the globe and in different time zones, you will need to be able to thrive in a remote work environment with asynchronous communication methods. Being highly detail-oriented and organized will be a requirement.
Participation in an on-call rotation for incidents is required. Occasional off-hours work may be required for planned maintenance and escalations.

Required Skills
- Programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Golang, Bash
- Cloud Service Providers: AWS
- Experienced in IaC: Terraform, OpenTofu
- Highly proficient with Kubernetes (AWS EKS) architecture, implementation, deployment (Helm), and maintenance
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies and platforms
- Strong foundations in networking and network security
- Experience in an Agile/DevOps environment, CI/CD and application lifecycle management
- Experience with observability tools (Thanos, Prometheus, Elastic Stack)
- Strong coding and scripting skills, comfortable working in version control systems
- Experienced in DevOps pipeline designs and configurations (GitHub)
- Comfortable working both independently and being a team player
- Excellent communication skills in a virtual remote work environment
- Be available on-call but build cloud infrastructure solutions that never wake you up
- Relevant certifications for cloud platforms, Kubernetes, cybersecurity
- Programming languages: SQL
- Cloud Service Providers: GCP, Azure
- Datastores: Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD
- Inquisitive mind that is always looking for improved efficiency and performance
