Customer Sales Assistant Qualifications And Responsibilities

• 3-4 years of experience in a customer sales support or related role, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service or sales support is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and online collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
