Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive the successful execution of our website development. The ideal candidate will have advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP knowledge. Additionally, experience using scrum and agile methodologies to manage efficiency and productivity is necessary.
As a key leader, you’ll coordinate talented designers, developers, and stakeholders to combine creativity and technology to create web experiences. You’ll also manage the day-to-day operations and ensure developers complete tasks on time and reach team goals. As the project manager, you’re responsible for managing and mitigating risks to the project's success.

Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the project, creating plans that align stakeholder expectations with company goals.
- Lead the project team with clear direction, focusing on teamwork and motivation.
- Engage regularly with stakeholders and team members to align expectations and deliverables, ensuring open communication.
- Assess project resource needs, manage staffing, and control the budget, including financial plans.
- Plan and track project timelines and milestones, using effective tools to stay on track.
- Keep quality standards, managing risks and dependencies to protect the project's path.
- Create and share regular progress reports, summarizing project status, risks, and wins.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, meeting objectives and budget constraints while maintaining quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in web development project management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Adaptability to rapidly changing project requirements and timelines
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Angular, Node.js)
- Excellent communication skills, including writing detailed reports, creating presentations, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software tools such as ClickUp and Jira
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and prioritize among competing tasks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
