Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the development of an innovative web development e-learning platform. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our technical team and business objectives, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web technologies and a flair for managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web technologies and a flair for managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to understand project objectives and requirements
- Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment of goals and clarity of vision
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Jira to track progress and manage tasks
- Champion the use of agile methodologies to drive efficiency and adaptability in project execution
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, documenting project status, risks, and milestones achieved
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Adaptability to rapidly changing project requirements and timelines
- Proven experience in a business analysis role, preferably in web development or a related field
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Angular, Node.js)
- Excellent communication skills, including writing detailed reports, creating presentations, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in project management software tools, ideally ClickUp and Jira
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize competing tasks effectively
- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is an advantage
