Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the development of an innovative web development e-learning platform. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our technical team and business objectives, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web technologies and a flair for managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to understand project objectives and requirements
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment of goals and clarity of vision
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
  • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Jira to track progress and manage tasks
  • Champion the use of agile methodologies to drive efficiency and adaptability in project execution
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, documenting project status, risks, and milestones achieved

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing project requirements and timelines
  • Proven experience in a business analysis role, preferably in web development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Angular, Node.js)
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing detailed reports, creating presentations, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, ideally ClickUp and Jira
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize competing tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is an advantage
