We are seeking an experienced Web Development Project Manager to drive the successful
execution of our website development. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Additionally, experience using scrum and agile
methodologies to manage efficiency and productivity is necessary.
As a key leader, you’ll coordinate talented designers, developers, and stakeholders to combine
creativity and technology to create web experiences. You’ll also manage the day-to-day
operations and ensure developers complete tasks in a timely manner and reach team goals. As the
project manager, you’re responsible for managing and mitigating risks to the project's success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the project developing comprehensive plans that merge stakeholder expectations
- Direct the project team with clear leadership, focusing on collaborative productivity and
- Regularly engage with stakeholders and team members to align project expectations and
- Evaluate the project's resource requirements, manage staffing needs, and maintain budget
- Efficiently schedule and monitor project timelines and milestones, employing effective
- Uphold quality standards across project outcomes, managing potential risks and
- Produce and present regular progress reports and documentation, encapsulating project
- Ensure the timely delivery of the project, adhering to set objectives and budget
Required Skills and Experience Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in web development project management.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in web
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software tools such as ClickUp and Jira
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and prioritize among competing tasks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
