Sub-Saharan AfricaReporting to the CFO you will be involved in all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function in a part-time capacity (3 days a week). This includes:Sub-Saharan Africa

• Sub-Saharan AfricaAccounts receivable: Liaising with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations functions to assist with Salesforce sales contract reporting, generate customer invoices and follow through to collection. Includes coordinating with Customer accounts departments to help with billing requirements.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaAccounts Payable: Coordinate our external Bookkeepers to manage our accounts payable function and pay runs, including the staff T&E reimbursement process.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaPayroll: Manage the payroll function with our external providers, review payroll, and coordinate statutory payroll filings (e.g. Super, Payroll Taxes, Pension Filings, etc..). Includes supporting employee Onboarding & Offboarding activities.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaBanking and Cash Flow: Be responsible for regular cash flow reporting to the CFO. Manage our multi-currency Airwallex accounts for payments and collections.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaReporting: Prepare monthly accounts, consolidation reporting, perform month-end reconciliations, and responsible for GL accounting.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaCompliance: Liaising with external accountants to complete our global annual Company accounts and tax filings (currently AU, US, and UK).Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaInsurance: managing insurance compliance and renewals with brokers, including business, WorkCover etc.Sub-Saharan Africa
• Sub-Saharan AfricaProcess Improvement: using experience gained in previous roles, looking to identify areas for process improvement, and being a leader to drive change.Sub-Saharan Africa
