About the job

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Partnership Marketing, Business Development, and Enterprise Sales teams to support marketing programs and campaigns to promote and celebrate our unique relationships with AUS/NZ partners. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation and loyalty across all our audiences. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of AUS/NZ Ads & Promotions efforts, including promotion and in-app banner set up, creation of marketing assets, campaign performance reporting and more. Job Details:

Role: Marketing Associate (ads and promotions)

Location: Australia / remote WFH role

Standard pay rate: $45 - 50 per hour + super, overtime & penalty rates apply

Start date: ASAP

Hours per week: 40 hrs per week.

Shift times: Sun - Thurs | Sundays & Mondays mandatory work day, do have flexibility with which other 2 days you’d like off per week. Saturday is a mandatory off-day


What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams on execution of AUS/NZ ads & promo campaigns in our app and website
  • Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign overviews, internal calendars, and status documents for cross functional reference
  • Project manage all aspects of a campaign across internal teams of creative, media, operations, and product
  • Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: promotions, in-app banners, sponsored listings
  • Monitor campaign performance, make in-campaign optimisations
  • QA peers’ campaigns and occasionally fill in on US/CAN campaigns to support out-of-office coworkers


What you should bring:

  • You are an amazing operator who is eager to expand their skill set
  • You are highly organised and can efficiently manage processes across 10+ campaigns
  • You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company
  • You have a strong creative mind and attention detail


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1-3 years’ experience as brand or performance marketer or ad operations, account manager within an advertising agency, consumer brand or tech company
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Creative sense and good design taste
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
