Description
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for our Chicago office.
This is a “get it done” role for someone who is naturally resourceful, solution-oriented, and energized by complex, fast-moving work. You’ll help our firm partners stay focused on what matters most by anticipating needs, removing friction, and moving work forward with confidence and discretion. Strong written communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You’ll represent the partners, shape internal and external messaging, and build trusted relationships across the organization. This a full-time, in-office position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Partner’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including logistics, and agendas.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Liaise with internal staff and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking if needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
- 7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Banking industry experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
