About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fully paperless, technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern business software and digital systems.

Our office relies heavily on technology, and success in this role requires a willingness to embrace digital workflows, learn new systems, and work efficiently in a paperless setting.

Work Schedule & Location Requirements

  • This is a full-time, on-site position
  • Attendance is required five days per week at our Ravenna facility
  • Standard work hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break
  • Candidates must reside within a 30-minute commuting distance of the facility

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with coordination
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
  • Support document management in a paperless environment
  • Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

This position works daily with:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • ERP systems (proAlpha experience a plus; training provided)
  • CRM systems such as Salesforce (experience preferred but not required)

Comfort with learning and using new technology is essential.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 0–2 years of administrative, office assistant, clerical, or customer service experience
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Comfortable working in a paperless, digital office environment
    • Basic to intermediate computer skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional

Nice to Have

    • Experience with ERP or CRM systems
    • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
    • Administrative experience in a paperless office
    • Receptionist or front desk experience
