Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist in the preparation of departmental budgets and financial reports
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Support new employee onboarding and training procedures, helping create a welcoming environment for new hires
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or similar role are a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
