Established in 2022 by experienced tech founders and entrepreneurs Hakan Koç and Pyrros Koussios, 1GLOBAL is a European technology leader driving digital transformation in the global telecommunications market. The Role

As the CRM Manager at 1GLOBAL, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with a focus on optimising Net Promoter Score (NPS), review collection, transactional communication, and campaign emails. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing B2B mailings and nurturing campaigns aimed at fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

 

What you will do:

  • Transactional Communication: Oversee the design and execution of transactional emails, ensuring they are timely, personalised, and optimised for engagement and conversion.
  • Campaign Emails: Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns aimed at various segments of our customer base, driving engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • B2B Mailings: Develop and manage communication strategies tailored to our B2B clients, including newsletters, product updates, and educational content, to nurture relationships and drive business growth.
  • Nurturing Campaigns: Design and implement automated nurturing programmes that guide leads and prospects through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • CRM Data Management: Implement effective processes to maintain and optimise the Salesforce database, including supporting the migration from HubSpot Marketing Hub to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensuring data is accurately integrated, processed, and organised across both platforms.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and apply segmentation strategies to reach the right audiences with relevant messaging and improve campaign performance.
  • Conversion and Channel Analytics: Evaluate the effectiveness of conversion channels and continuously optimise lead nurturing and engagement activities for improved ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise CRM analytics to define, track, and report on key performance KPIs, generating actionable insights to inform decision-making and campaign improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, sales operations, customer service, and key stakeholders across business units to align CRM and email activities with wider business goals.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Communicate challenges, opportunities, and recommendations clearly to various internal audiences, demonstrating strong communication and teaching skills to enhance adoption and understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud & HubSpot) and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
