EMR, located in Rosedale, MD, seeks a Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative functions of EMR’s Sales & Marketing initiatives. This role will support the Sales & Marketing manager, company events, social media campaigns, company website administration, CRM reporting and optimization, and assisting with marketing projects. Prior administrative experience or degree in a related field is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Hours are 8am-4:30pm. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in Sales & Marketing preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM software preferred
  • Strong organization and administrative skills, ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
