Marting/Front Desk Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Leverage Adobe, Microsoft, Word Press and other software to proof and prepare documents for commercial print.
• Support development and execution of trade specific educational materials and events.
• Assist with development of trade show displays, marketing materials.  Support logistic coordination of events
• Partner with team to develop, post, revise and improve company website.  Focused on increasing traffic to sites and collection of lead information.
• Assist with creating, updating, and cataloging digital video, banners, and photography assets.
• Assist with digital advertising planning and execution using multiple SEO platforms
• Enter leads into CRM, assist with database maintenance
• Manage front desk activities such as answering phones and welcoming guests
• Support contract routing, approval and distribution for sales
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  Marketing emphasis preferred

0-2 years of marketing experience.  Internship experienced highly preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:  

• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Must be fluent in Microsoft office products including PowerPoint.
• Must be experienced in print file preparation for commercial printing.
• Must be experienced with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, with a good sense of design.
• Premiere video editing experience is desirable.
• Must be able to collaborate with a variety of teammates at all levels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Trachte Building Systems is a manufacturing facility.  The office environment is typical.  Occasional walks through production area may be required.  PPE is provided.
