 The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Equities business, the Equities Clearing and Settlement (EC&S) Business Management Associate Director supports the business by leading a wide variety of activities globally by working with key internal partners. In this role, you will the find opportunities for increased transparency process improvements, and drive consistency across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organizations' efficiency and support the successful business operations and performance management of the business.


 Your Primary Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business in assisting to define and direct the strategy, organizational design, key priorities and decisions in pursuit of the vision and business outcomes
  • Support the operationalization of annual business plans including objectives, strategies, and execution plans for the business
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and materials for Senior Executives and facilitate internal meetings, including business reviews, etc
  • Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day-to-day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the businesses
  • Support key internal and external governance forums as relevant to the business by developing materials, ensuring critical matters are raised at these forums and ensuring they are resolved by working with cross functional partners
  • Provide data insights and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making
  • Support regulatory and risk requirements and programs while balancing the needs and impact to the businesses; mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong comprehension of the financial services industry, with concentration in equities clearance and settlement a plus
  • Significant experience and comfort with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)

 The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
