National Carwash Solutions (NCS) has been a leader in the carwash industry for over 50 years, offering a full suite of services, including cutting-edge carwash equipment and premium carwash chemistry. We are dedicated to innovation and excellence, and we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be crucial in ensuring the success of our products in the market by creating compelling marketing content and supporting our sales and account teams.
Job Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with our Product Management team to produce all marketing materials, including sell sheets, playbooks, videos, and advertising content. This individual will be responsible for overseeing new product launches, developing product messaging, and ensuring our Marketing Account Directors have the right tools and solutions for their accounts. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will create training materials to assist sales reps in effectively selling our products.
Essential Functions:
- Craft clear and compelling messaging for NCS products, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
- Develop and produce comprehensive marketing materials, such as sell sheets, playbooks, videos, and advertising content, to support product marketing efforts.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing aspects of new product launches, ensuring all necessary content and strategies are in place for a successful market introduction.
- Work closely with the Product Management team to understand product features and benefits and ensure alignment in marketing communications.
- Collaborate with Marketing Account Directors to provide them with the appropriate product solutions and marketing content tailored to their accounts' needs.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Training Materials: Develop training materials to equip sales reps with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell NCS products, including product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B
- Proven ability to manage product launches and create compelling marketing
- Experience in developing training materials and working closely with sales
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, or processes
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and content creation
- Strong project management skills
Required Technology Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) for sales enablement, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Prior experience leveraging social media platforms to drive specific business outcomes, such as lead generation and brand awareness.
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge of the carwash industry is a plus but not
