| Responsibilities: |
| Analyze and interpret federal and state Medicaid program requirements to align with organizational goals and operational needs. |
| Research, gather, and document business and regulatory requirements |
| Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and business rules. |
| Perform gap analyses on claims data to identify discrepancies, compliance risks, and opportunities for process improvement. |
| Write and execute SQL queries to support data validation, reporting, and issue resolution. |
| Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of business requirements and documentation. |
| Required Experience: |
| Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. |
| 4+ years of claims business process analysis, preferably in healthcare (i.e. documenting business process, gathering requirements) or claims payment/analysis experience. |
| Process mapping and documentation |
| Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. |
| Preferred Experience: |
| Knowledge of Amisys or other claims system, HIPAA transactions (i.e. 837, 999, 824, 277) and SQL Scripting preferred. |
| Exposure to healthcare regulatory environments and compliance standards. |
| Previous structured testing or project management experience preferred. |

Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm CST The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement. |
