The role

In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise to design and implement customized solutions for Marketing Cloud, enhancing business processes and driving efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Designing and maintaining solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including automations and multi-channel campaigns 
• Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder 
• Implementing automations with Automation Studio for scalable campaign execution 
• Developing scripts with AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for advanced personalization 
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms via APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect 
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and platform governance best practices 
• Working closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.
