What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for content and a deep understanding of the Spanish SVOD and DTC landscape. You’ll bring:
8+ years of experience in content programming, merchandising, or strategy within a leading broadcast or streaming environment.
A strong grasp of Disney’s brands and a love for storytelling in all its forms.
Proven ability to use data to shape content strategies and post-launch performance.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to changing priorities.
Our Ways of Working
We believe in the power of collaboration and creativity. That’s why we work four days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work from home on either Monday or Friday—giving you the best of both worlds.
The Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We strive to be a diverse workforce that is representative of our audiences, and where all can thrive and belong.
