Helix Plant Technical Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the automated Helix Plant on all shifts. They will provide technical support of the Helix Plant, Training, and validation of operating procedures. Additionally, will be involved in any changes to the plant, hazard reviews, and Root Cause Analysis for incident investigations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 5 years of leadership experience in a Manufacturing Setting
• Have a general understanding of robotics material handling (conveyors, packaging equipment, etc.)
• Understand the different equipment types and their function
• Highly automated manufacturing experience.
• Adhere to and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
• Adhere to and enforce strict PPE Guidelines
• Communicate clearly about potential problems or issues.
• Have a positive attitude
• Ability to collect and report data on the day-to-day operations
• Follow up with Operations Leads on day-to-day issues
• Ability to perform small-scale RCAs for day-to-day operations
• Ability to write SOPs based on OSHA Guidelines.
• Ability to train new operators in any current and new SOPs
• Develop validation procedures to ensure SOPs and being followed
• Ability to provide off-site support if needed
• Willing to work days or Nights depending on what is needed
• Have a background in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Provide maintenance support through scheduling of PMs and Work Requests
• Ability to read and understand trends, equipment tags, and P&IDs
• Ability to assist engineering group in large scale projects.
• Willing to work days or Nights and weekends / public holidays depending on what is needed
• High discipline on mechanical assembling, disassembling and vendor requirements, using OEM spares
• Understanding maintenance structure and troubleshooting
