Reimbursement Supervisor
Full-time located in Butler, PA

The Reimbursement Supervisor is responsible to the Reimbursement Director of Lutheran SeniorLife for the day-to-day billing for Home Health and Hospice. This position supervises Associate Billers I and Cashiers. Suggests improvements in current procedures to promote efficiency and reduce duplication of steps and transactions in all census/billing areas. This position is largely self-supervised, requires initiative, discretion, good judgement and good communication skills.
Qualifications:Reimbursement Supervisor qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant job experience with basic understanding of relationship between accounting records and census /billing/accounts receivable.
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required (including Microsoft Office).
