Job Summary
Heimark Distributing LLC is seeking a self-motivated and highly talented Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible to manage the accounts and maintain customer relationships. Ensure that existing accounts have the appropriate amount of beer for their ordering period, maximize the POS exposure in each account, and organize an efficient daily route to ensure a productive workday.
This is a full-time position. Typical start time is 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, with some weekend special event support.
Sales Area : Coachella Valley and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Call on assigned retail accounts in an established call frequency.
- Develop relationships with retail accounts, count inventory and write orders along with any needed merchandising work orders.
- Maximize sales of Company portfolio of brands by increasing distribution, shelf space, price points and displays.
- Ensure product freshness standards in all assigned accounts.
- Sustain proper inventory levels in accounts to ensure that there are no out of stock or overstock conditions.
- Work with all departments to resolve customer service issues, to include delivery/accounts receivable, etc.
- Attend sales/team meetings as directed by management, along with daily interaction with assigned manager to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts.
- Responsible for executing pre-established objectives/KPI’s set by management, as well as implementing all Company programs in retail accounts.
- Accept full responsibility for assigned route.

Pay Rate: $55,000 Annual Base + Incentives
Qualifications
Requirements
- Residence in assigned route area preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation within your territory is critical
- Completion of BrewU sales training courses.
- Highly self-motivated and results oriented, with the ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and be attentive to details.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a team environment using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent math and computer skills, with a knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must use own vehicle to run route, mileage reimbursement will apply.
- Ability to understand and read invoices, load sheets, and work orders.
