JOB SUMMARY
The HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing and optimizing all global HR systems, including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Compensation platform (CompXL), and Internal Reward platform (AwardCo). This position partners closely with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to ensure data accuracy, streamline HR processes, and support strategic initiatives. The role also contributes to policy development, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices across the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the implementation of future HRIS modules and enhancements.
- Serve as the primary administrator for all HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and Reward platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency within the UKG environment, specifically for data management & reporting, payroll and benefits.
- Oversee system configuration, upgrades, and vendor relationships for all HR platforms.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for country and global HR functions, meeting internal and external audit standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain system documentation and user guides; provide training and support to HR and business users.
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
- Uphold data integrity through regular audits and proactive system monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HRIS management.
- Experience managing HRIS required, with UKG Pro Suite experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and Reward systems is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word required, familiarity with OneNote and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.

PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, or related field; HR Certification a plus.
