Position Overview

As a Full Stack Developer II, you’ll help design, build, and maintain web applications that power internal operations and customer-facing platforms. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, the IT Manager, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable code.

This is a mid-level role — perfect for someone ready to move beyond junior work into project ownership, but who still thrives in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 (negotiable based on experience) 

Location: Clermont, FL (On-site hybrid)

Department: IT / Development & Integrations 

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end features for internal and external web apps (Live.Kalos, Public.Kalos, and related systems).
  
• Collaborate with senior developers on architecture, integrations, and data security.
  
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and version-control best practices (Git).
  
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and contribute to automated testing coverage.
  
• Work with QA and DevOps to prepare releases and monitor deployments.
  
• Support integrations between business systems (QBO, ClickUp, Paylocity, HRIS APIs).
  
• Contribute ideas to improve developer experience, processes, and code quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development (front-end + back-end).
  
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js preferred).
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud environments (AWS, Docker, etc.).
  
• Solid understanding of web security, authentication, and data validation.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with data visualization (Looker Studio, Sheets, LiveFlow, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of mobile or hybrid app development (React Native / Flutter).
  
• Previous work with low-code or automation tools (JotForm, Coupler.io, Zapier).
