Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Mid-level/Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts – Compliance (Level 3/4) to support the Wings/P-8 Compliance team onsite in Renton, Washington. This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Your hiring manager will share your schedule when you start.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria on the shop floor

  • Analyzes and interprets data

  • Provides feedback on assessment results

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  • Works under general direction and is self starter

  • Advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals and company standards/policies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience with business problem identification, data collection and preparation, interpretation and problem solving

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • 3+ years of experience with Project Management

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

  • 1+ years of experience performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments/audits

  • 3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $85,000 - $115,000

Level 4:$100,300 - $135,700
