The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Mid-level/Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts – Compliance (Level 3/4) to support the Wings/P-8 Compliance team onsite in Renton, Washington. This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Your hiring manager will share your schedule when you start.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria on the shop floor
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction and is self starter
Advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals and company standards/policies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience with business problem identification, data collection and preparation, interpretation and problem solving
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
3+ years of experience with Project Management
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
1+ years of experience performing compliance monitoring and policy assessments/audits
3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals

Summary pay range:
Level 3: $85,000 - $115,000
Level 4:$100,300 - $135,700
