We're looking for a Non-Standard Investment Administrator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of our clients' diverse investment portfolios, working closely with consultants, client relationship managers (CRMs), and technical specialists to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

What you'll do

✅ administer and process non-standard investment transactions and reviews
✅ maintain accurate records and data on client investment portfolios
✅ support annual investment reviews and due diligence processes
✅ liaise with clients, consultants, and CRMs on investment queries and updates
✅ assist with investment committee preparation and documentation
✅ process investment applications, transfers, and ongoing administration
✅ ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
✅ support data management projects and system improvements

 What we're looking for

📈 Experience and requirements

• 2+ years' experience in administration or financial services operations

• knowledge of pensions, SIPPs, or investment products (preferred)

• strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• experience working with investment data and client records

• understanding of basic regulatory requirements (FCA/HMRC awareness helpful)
