Responsibilities
- Prep and facilitate training in physical classroom, webinar, and blended learning environments
- Facilitate programs across a broad new-hire training curriculum including systems training, standard operating processes and procedures, product features, and sales and service training
- Facilitate field-based or virtual refresher/remediation training for underperforming individuals
- Make recommendations to improve learning experiences
- Seek ways to reduce the amount of time to proficiency, especially for new hires
- Seek ways to create engaging and application-oriented training through role play, games, and interactive learning experiences
- Continually and proactively support initiatives that drive great learning outcomes
- Schedule courses, enroll employees in courses, and track course completion
- Create facilitator guides
- Provide learner performance feedback to stakeholders
- Perform various other tasks and special projects, when needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or five years of applicable experience in education or financial services
Additional Skills/Notes
- This role will primarily be based out of the Overbrook branch. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia. Preference will be given to applicants who reside within approximately 30 minutes of the branch location.
- Applicant must be willing to demonstrate their facilitation skills prior to hire.
