Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence liaising across all levels.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with SAP, SharePoint, or Concur is a plus.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for making things happen.

About the Role
Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week | 4 day working week Monday to Thursday | Hybrid (Mon–Tue onsite)

Join Lockheed Martin at our state-of-the-art production facility in Ampthill. We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class executive and administrative support to a senior Lead and the wider business team.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of operations.
What You'll Do
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by:
- Providing high-level PA support – managing diaries, travel, and expenses for the Lead and wider team.
- Coordinating operations – managing meeting schedules and maintaining the team’s “business rhythm.”
- Supporting onboarding – ensuring new starters have everything they need to hit the ground running.
- Managing resources – maintaining SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and office supplies.
- Handling visitor and security processes – including site access, badges, and room bookings.
- Driving engagement – supporting recognition initiatives, internal communications, and events
- 4-day working week (Mon–Thu) – enjoy a better work-life balance.
- Hybrid model – typically 2 days on-site, 2 days from home.
