WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our Kent Distribution Center team makes ideas a reality. They work hard to ensure our refreshing; flavorful beverages are safely sent on time to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all company policies, procedures, and expectations are followed to manage full goods, materials, and personnel at the Kent Distribution Center location. This is a great opportunity for a capable and driven individual to play a key role maintaining a fantastic warehouse culture and driving a best-in-class warehouse system.
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Northwest Operations
Direct Reports: Warehouse lead, Forklift Drivers, Sr. Distribution Center Coordinator, DC Inventory Clerk
Location: Onsite at our Kent, WA office 5 days a week
Annual Bonus Potential: 10% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.
Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market
Supervise daily distribution center operations including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, QA, and Inventory teams to ensure materials availability, shipment accuracy, and compliance with QA standards.
Oversee inventory management using D-365 and WMS, including daily counts, variance resolution, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and NCR management.
Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with SQF, FDA, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations at all times.
Maintain warehouse organization, space utilization, equipment readiness, and order fulfillment accuracy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
Coach, develop, and cross-train team members to ensure performance, redundancy, and career growth opportunities.
Foster a positive, accountable, and continuous improvement culture focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Communicate expectations, metrics, and updates clearly across departments and teams.
Manage consumables, dunnage, disposal processes, and coordinate deliveries/returns efficiently.
Promote a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring PMs and equipment repairs are completed on time.
Provide coverage for vacation/sick absences, including occasional support at the Preston Warehouse.
Support training initiatives, ensuring documentation is up to date and all required certifications (e.g., PCQI, SQF Practitioner) are maintained.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
3+ years of Warehouse experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field; equivalent experience.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases, D-365 experience a plus.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working other shifts and weekends.
Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. repetitively, as well as to push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularly.
This role is safety-sensitive. This means that you'll be regularly responsible for your own safety and/or the safety of others (e.g., driving on behalf of the company, working in a warehouse or plant environment).

Relocation: Relocation Available (when available)
Onsite and Hybrid Employees: Get paid to carpool! Drive to work with another Rain Maker every week at least 2X a week and receive $0.25 per mile.
