Team Overview
Our IT Lifecycle Services Sales Team is focused on growing and retaining existing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) customers. We support global clients both directly and through Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners. This team plays a critical role within the broader Ingram Micro organization by driving revenue, deepening client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the IT lifecycle services space.
Role Summary
The Development Executive is responsible for expanding category solutions across existing partner accounts. This role leverages data insights to identify growth opportunities, cultivates strategic relationships, and executes sales strategies to retain and grow market share. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and new business development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partner accounts
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and operations
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver exceptional experiences
- Leverage the Xvantage platform to drive insights and increase partner/vendor engagement
- Build full-category solutions across a portfolio of vendors
- Coordinate quote packages and partner delivery for IT lifecycle accounts
- Support global expansion of ITAD agreements with partners
Key Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High responsiveness and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot)
- Proven ability to build relationships and cross-sell/up-sell within existing accounts

Account Types Supported
This role supports a mix of direct enterprise clients and accounts managed through VAR partners. These are typically mid-to-large organizations with global operations and complex IT asset needs.
Vendor Support
While not tied to specific vendors, candidates should be comfortable navigating multi-vendor environments and positioning services across various OEMs and partner ecosystems.
Education/experience: A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of six years previous strategic, outside sales, account management experience (preferably in a related industry), or four years of technology or distribution experience in a sales or customer service capacity.
Compensation Structure: 70/30 split
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,200.00 - $160,100.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
