Job Description Summary
Provide administrative support to Chief Supply Chain Officer and various members of Senior Leadership. Performs complex, advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties. Coordinates and communicates executive's instructions and desires with various individuals of significant importance both within the company and externally.
Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences and travel. Organizes and maintains correspondence and projects, following up on pending matters with limited direction. May need to establish new procedures for specific work/projects. Handles highly confidential information and files. Prepares special reports and correspondences, summarizing and analyzing data.
Communicates with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry and community. Organizes and expedites work through executive's office and initiates follow-up action. Operates a computer and appropriate software. Manages budgets. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity.
Job Description
Senior leadership calendar management, schedule meetings, travel coordination (both domestic and international), processing of expense reports and invoices and various other administrative duties, all with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.
Support department document retention process and systems.
Responsible for meeting and event planning to include Operations Meetings, training programs, other special or non-regular occurring meetings, and campus wide employee engagement activities.
Creates, proofs, and distributes Power Point presentations for various audiences
Assists in drafting, proofing and editing various communications.
Communicates in a highly professional manner with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry and community.
Provides general office support for Senior Leadership, including ensuring efficient and professional operation of office, exercising discretion and diplomacy at all times
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelors or Associates degree in business or associated field preferred.
4 years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated ability to produce quality, timely and accurate work under short time constraints.
Initiative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and demonstrate a high degree of tact, discretion, flexibility, diplomacy and confidentiality.
Must be able to handle company confidential information and data requiring highest degree of attention to preserve confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills (builds relationships).
Strong attention to detail.
Time management, organization and prioritization abilities required, including the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.
Flexibility, willingness and ability to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Physical Environment/Demands:
Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
Stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
Valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Lamb Weston Driving Standards

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $69,500.00 - $104,240.00
