About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead strategy and execution across digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for TEAL’s solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to craft compelling digital experiences, optimize performance, support growth at key industry events, and unlock new opportunities.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is data-driven, scrappy, intellectually curious, and excited to build in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, email, SEO, content marketing, etc.)
• Own the digital marketing calendar and align activities with pipeline and revenue goals
• Manage and optimize performance marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and CAC
• Grow TEAL’s online presence through content strategy, social media, and community engagement
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research and content optimization
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Creative to align messaging and assets
• Improve website performance and conversion paths through best practices
• Build and manage lead-nurture workflows using marketing automation platforms
• Monitor analytics dashboards, report on KPIs, and translate insights into next steps
• Assist in planning, promoting, and representing TEAL at industry events, webinars, trade shows, and partner programs
• Support field marketing efforts by creating digital promotional assets, follow-up campaigns, and localized outreach • Evaluate new digital tools, platforms, and trends to fuel innovation
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and platform vendors when needed
• Test, learn, iterate — continuously experiment to identify new growth opportunities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a technology environment
• Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities
• Comfortable collaborating with field teams and supporting event-driven initiatives
• A growth mindset — eager to learn, ask questions, challenge assumptions, and improve
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Comfortable leveraging AI platforms to optimize efficiency and performance
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment from our Seattle or Boise office
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Design or video-editing skills (Canva, Figma)
