KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS INCLUDING PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Assist Account Managers in monitoring and analyzing account P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Prepare, validate, and share regular MIS reports to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Support in developing business decks, client presentations, and executive reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track account performance against KPIs and highlight risks/opportunities for leadership review.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth coordination across business functions.
- Assist in annual and quarterly budgeting processes and provide analytical inputs to strengthen financial planning.
- Maintain account governance mechanisms including documentation, reviews, and progress tracking.
- Provide day-to-day support in account-related coordination, escalations, and stakeholder communication
Competencies:
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with dashboards/BI tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in account management support, business analysis, or financial planning.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
