KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS INCLUDING PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Assist Account Managers in monitoring and analyzing account P&L, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Prepare, validate, and share regular MIS reports to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Support in developing business decks, client presentations, and executive reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track account performance against KPIs and highlight risks/opportunities for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth coordination across business functions.
  • Assist in annual and quarterly budgeting processes and provide analytical inputs to strengthen financial planning.
  • Maintain account governance mechanisms including documentation, reviews, and progress tracking.
  • Provide day-to-day support in account-related coordination, escalations, and stakeholder communication 

Competencies: 

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with dashboards/BI tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field 
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in account management support, business analysis, or financial planning.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
