The Install Coordinator/Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling of installation jobs, coordinating field technicians, and maintaining excellent communication between customers, installers, and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch installation crews based on job requirements, technician availability, and geographic location.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address scheduling concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure materials and equipment are ready for each job.
• Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of job schedules, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
• Support the install team with administrative tasks such as work order creation, job costing, and data entry.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in forecasting labor needs and optimizing technician routes for efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination—preferably in the trades or construction industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus.
