As Commercial Office Property Manager you will oversee one of our office buildings, you will develop strategic plans for the property management department. You will have a fiduciary responsibility to assure all income is collected in due time and you will work to build relationships with tenants to quickly solve any problems that arise.
- You will respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve problems.
- You will supervise the planning, budgeting and control the operating and capital expenditures.
- You will prepare annual budgets & reconciliations, forecasts, management plans, monthly status reports and variance reports.
- You will train and develop staff, provide coaching/counseling, collaboratively conduct appraisals with Director of Property Management and is consulted in hiring decisions.
- You will maintain the collection of rent, payment of expenses, compliance with lease terms and preparation of all required legal notices.
What you should bring
- You will have minimum of 3-7 years of experience in commercial office real estate or property management
- You will be highly organized and detail-orientated with an ability to multi-task and demonstrate initiative
- You will have the capacity to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.
- You will be able to forecast and prepare budgets.
- You will be able to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations.

- 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
