Come join our team! Mobius has an exciting position for an Advanced Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Directorate for Resources (DTR).
Mobius provides professional engineering and analysis expertise supporting various government agencies to solve some of the nation’s most challenging problems. We are at the leading edge of technology supporting advanced missile defense system testing, engineering, analysis and wargames/exercises. Working on the TEAMS-Next Test Support contract, the successful candidate would serve as the primary contractor representative supporting the Airborne Sensors branch as they plan/execute airborne sensor asset support for flight tests. Our MDA analysts and engineers work in modern, well-appointed government facilities in Huntsville, Alabama, otherwise known as “Rocket City.” Huntsville is the hub of missile and space research and development.
Duties of an Advanced Analyst may include:
- Collaborate with other missile defense experts – military, government civilians, and contractors from Mobius and other companies
- Manage planning, development, analysis and delivery of state-of-the art sensors, weapons, communications, and command/control systems
Qualifications:
- Capable of leading and executing analytical tasks and utilizing analytical techniques and processes to support complex developmental and operational test programs.
- Capable of leading and executing planning, monitoring, acquisition, and implementation support for complex systems.
- Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in the analysis field
- Capable of leading the development and utilization of analytic techniques and processes for both technical and administrative support activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing. Possess exceptional technical writing and Government reporting/documentation skills (e.g., Congressional/GAO Test inquiries).
- Ability to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems including test planning, integration, execution, and analysis.
- Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams.
- Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Education
- MA/MS in a field pertinent to the above duties/requirements with 10 years of relevant experience; a BA/BS w/ 5 additional years of experience (15 years total) may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement
Clearance
- Secret or higher clearance
