About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Java and deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CMS solutions that enhance the experience for both content publishers and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AEM components, templates, and pages using HTL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Build and manage Content Fragments and Experience Fragments to support structured and reusable content
Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for performance and caching
Create and maintain page templates and reusable components aligned with design and UX standards
Integrate AEM with enterprise systems using Java, with a solid understanding of Java fundamentals and Java EE
Perform AEM administrative tasks, including user management, replication agents, and workflow configurations
Support and maintain AEM CMS as a Cloud Service
Write basic unit tests for Java code to ensure code quality and reliability
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
Use Docker and/or Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized development and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Timely maintain documentation via Confluence
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of professional experience in software engineering
Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field
Strong foundational knowledge of Java and experience with Java EE
Rich hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including:
Component and template development
Dispatcher configuration
Content and experience fragment modeling
AEM administration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Content Management System as a Cloud Service
Exposure to other CMS platforms (e.g., Tridion, Drupal, Sitecore)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience working in Agile development environments
