Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Java and deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CMS solutions that enhance the experience for both content publishers and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AEM components, templates, and pages using HTL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Build and manage Content Fragments and Experience Fragments to support structured and reusable content

  • Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for performance and caching

  • Create and maintain page templates and reusable components aligned with design and UX standards

  • Integrate AEM with enterprise systems using Java, with a solid understanding of Java fundamentals and Java EE

  • Perform AEM administrative tasks, including user management, replication agents, and workflow configurations

  • Support and maintain AEM CMS as a Cloud Service

  • Write basic unit tests for Java code to ensure code quality and reliability

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments

  • Use Docker and/or Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized development and deployment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

  • Timely maintain documentation via Confluence

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in software engineering

  • Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Java and experience with Java EE

  • Rich hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including:

    • Component and template development

    • Dispatcher configuration

    • Content and experience fragment modeling

    • AEM administration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Content Management System as a Cloud Service

  • Exposure to other CMS platforms (e.g., Tridion, Drupal, Sitecore)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Experience working in Agile development environments
