Position Overview: Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment between project teams and executive stakeholders. Acting as the primary liaison between Project Managers and Directors/Project Owners, this role is responsible for strategic planning, client engagement, resource allocation, and process optimization. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in project and people management, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and negotiating project scope and deliverables.
Assemble and guide cross-functional teams to support project success.
Establish and monitor daily production reporting methods; analyze and act on key performance data.
Oversee timekeeping processes for management-level staff, including approvals and submissions.
Review and approve time-off requests and equipment expenditures.
Champion Lean methodologies and drive adoption across teams.
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for Project Manager-level roles.
Resolve financial and operational issues impacting project performance.
Collaborate with PMs and fellow Senior Program Managers to ensure comprehensive coverage of responsibilities and adherence to process flows.
Proactively initiate and implement process updates; ensure changes are communicated and adopted across teams.
Identify and drive process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
Review End-of-Day (EOD) reports to assess project health and workflow effectiveness.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to program management and process execution.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, especially in virtual environments.
Ability to work in remote, office, or hybrid settings depending on role requirements.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including delegation, feedback, and decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Salary: $140k-$170k
