The Corporate Growth Strategies Manager/Lead plays a critical role in advancing cross-departmental collaboration, lead generation, and strategic promotional execution across Babson College’s external-facing departments to this new potential multi-million-dollar revenue business. This position is dedicated to elevating the visibility and impact of digital offerings to lifelong learners, including badges, certificates, and micro credentials—by shaping strategies to engage lifelong learners and expand Babson’s reach to reach learners where they reside and when they are ready to engage Babson. Specifically responsible for coordinating and strategizing with all Babson Verticals to launch digital content to consumers; helping to develop new content based on consumer demand; assisting with consumer outreach to collect feedback from existing customers; contributing their experience and expertise with dealing with large and medium sized companies, Employee Resource Groups, alumni, professional certifications, union members and all other Babson stakeholders who would benefit from such a new product; and through alignment of messaging and standardization of lead-tracking processes, supporting a unified, data-driven approach to corporate-facing outreach. In close partnership with senior leaders from Corporate Engagement, Graduate Admissions, Professional and Executive Education, and Babson’s Centers, this role drives awareness of lifelong learning opportunities and helps advance the full sales and engagement lifecycle across Babson’s professional education portfolio.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serves as a strategic partner and advisor to above departments, developing a deep understanding of their external-facing goals and challenges, and crafting tailored strategies to enhance visibility, outreach, and impact that expands awareness of lifelong learning.
Partners with sales teams to identify current and emerging market opportunities and support demand generation efforts for lifelong learning and digital offerings.
Partners with the content development and marketing teams to align courses with evolving market and client preferences.
Helps unify Babson’s messaging around lifelong learning and stackable credentials, applying strong brand storytelling to ensure consistency and resonance across audiences and platforms.
Leads integrated promotional initiatives that serve both individual learners and corporate partners, leveraging diverse channels to maximize reach and impact.
Aligns strategies across departments to improve efficiency, lead conversion, and ROI.
Centralizes campaign performance tracking and insight-sharing to inform future efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Helps standardize the application of discounts and promotional offers, ensuring accurate source attribution and data integrity.
Shares best practices across departments to strengthen collaboration and effective outreach.
Regularly takes on high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by the SVP and Chief Administrative Officer, requiring discretion and enterprise-level thinking.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives in sales, marketing, communications, or product-oriented roles within consumer-focused industries (e.g., CPG, media, retail) with large Fortune 500 Companies and medium-sized entities. Must contain networking skills both within Babson and outside customers and other stakeholders as well.
5+ years in a senior leadership role driving cross-functional collaboration to advance organizational priorities and deliver results.
Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-level, multi-channel strategies that enhance audience engagement and business growth.
Strong background aligning audience engagement with institutional or business goals.
Skilled at using key performance indicators and market insights to inform strategic planning and optimize outcomes.
Demonstrated success in leading complex projects in dynamic, matrixed environments, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
Experienced in aligning promotional activities with sales or product teams to drive engagement and conversion.
Agile, self-directed leader who embraces change, demonstrates sound judgment, and navigates ambiguity effectively.
Passionate about innovation, collaboration, and developing programs that address evolving stakeholders and audience needs.
Excellent organizational and program management skills to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives through their full lifecycle.
Must be results oriented by helping to support a high margin sales’ program and must have a working knowledge of all digital modalities that currently exist today.
Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A (Entrepreneurial Thought & Action); work independently to solve problems; look for opportunities to take on responsibility; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.

Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK
Hybrid schedule which requires work onsite 1-2 days a month on average (additional days as appropriate based on clients, retreats, etc.); the on-campus requirement is subject to modification based on organizational need.
This is an exempt position with the following pay range: $113,864-$126,516 depending on a candidate's experience ; the role is also eligible for bonuses based on performance and budget.
Babson College offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees working at least 28 hours per week.
