We’re growing and seeking two dynamic leaders to join our team: a Finishing & Assembly Production Manager and a Fabrication Production Manager. Each will lead a team of talented professionals dedicated to building the best trailers on the market while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 Finishing & Assembly Production Manager

The Finishing & Assembly Production Manager will lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities involving product finishing, final assembly, repair operation, and parts/kitting.

 Fabrication Production Manager

The Fabrication Production Manager will lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities involving cutting, forming, and welding.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage production schedules based on capacity, resources, and demand.
• Monitor production flow and resolve product and personnel concerns to maintain efficiency.
• Evaluate production processes and maintain accurate records to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish and track productivity goals for each department.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, including vendor and internal deliverables.

 Leadership & Team Development

• Directly supervise production department supervisors.
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to foster growth and leadership capability.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Model excellent communication and collaboration across departments and teams.

 Continuous Improvement & Strategic Development

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing value-added activities.
• Evaluate and improve integration of people, methods, equipment, materials, information, and flow.
• Identify and implement corrective actions based on performance data.
• Develop workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.

 Resource & Budget Management

• Assess and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.
• Support budgeting efforts and manage departmental costs to ensure profitability.
• Plan strategically around capacity and future growth needs.

 Safety, Compliance & Communication

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Understand and enforce industry standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors.
• Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business preferred
• Established experience in production supervision
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
• Organizational competencies and project management skills 
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), time and attendance systems, and manufacturing/labor tracking systems 
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
• Interpersonal communications skills with expertise in cascading complicated topics to a broader audience
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
