Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

* Subject matter expert in all aspects of their primary applications regarding its functionality and associated technologies.

* Be secondary subject matter expert for all other Store Systems deployed and be able to support if need be.

* Provide functional support to all locations through product demonstrations, customer needs analysis.

* Work with company operated or franchised location using their primary store system to identify inefficiencies and value opportunities as a special project.

* Create solutions for restaurant manager and franchisee’s needs and communicate those effectively.

* Perform and manage application configuration.

* Primary liaison between Chicken Salad Chick and vendor.

* Assist in the development of related training programs.

* Project manages activities and projects to ensure proper functionality, documentation, and roll‐out procedures.

* Perform possible onsite training to restaurants.

* Participate in ongoing customer support to ensure effective application of the systems and routines created by the store system.

* Perform ALL functions in keeping with the standards and approved departmental processes.

* Be an advocate for and Work within the Change Control process.

* Provide overall field feedback on special projects.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

* Strong written and oral communication skills (business requirements documentation, project plans, etc.).

* Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems and technologies and enforce their proper application to the business.

* Strong phone support skills including the ability to remain calm and supportive during stressful calls.

* Strong leadership skills which enable the team member to enforce rules and processes which may not be popular.

* Strong organizational skills are required.

* Ability to listen and understand manager’s needs and pain points.

* Ability to create solutions that creating value for the restaurant operator.

* Consulting, project management experience in a technical capacity is desirable but not required.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project ‐ a plus).

* Technologically savvy‐ need to understand technology terms, workflows, data flows and integrations associated with the project.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and in a group setting.

* Strong team and people skills.

* 10-20% Travel required.

* Work will likely include some nights and weekends.

Desired Knowledge, Skills or Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree from a major university or college or equivalent additional work experience.

* Knowledge of restaurant industry (operations, management) required.

* Knowledge of Chicken Salad Chick operations is a plus but not required.

* Hands on experience with configuration and implementation of web‐based applications.

* Restaurant Operations (inventory, ordering, labor controls): 1 year (Required)

* Technical Support: 1 year (not required)

* Implementation experience: 1 year (Required)
