Hoffman Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager Trainee will have hands-on training to ensure you learn the position and are successful.

Training will include:

Comprehensive hands-on training within the car wash along with leadership training to develop problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Store Managers with daily operations

• Open and close the store as a trusted key holder

• Train and mentor team members with ongoing feedback

• Greet customers and help them through the car wash experience

• Promote and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan

• Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor safely

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and grounds

• Take on other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of successful supervisory experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computers 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong work ethic and a team-focused approach

• Must be at least 18 years old
