POSITION SUMMARY

This position will display outstanding leadership skills, provide coaching and direction, and drive sales and operational compliance while building a strong relationship with assigned franchisees to improve their restaurant operations, local store marketing execution, and long-term profitability

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Implement the company’s strategic plan, enforcing marketing and operational standards.

• Ensure compliance with the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) requirements.

• Conduct operational and marketing evaluations to identify opportunities and resolve issues.

• Develop and update annual, location-specific business plans.

• Maintain regular communication with franchisees to review performance, standards, training, and expansion opportunities.

• Support franchisees in utilizing marketing tools and technology systems (SpeedLine, Paytronix, Loyalty program, Informant training portal, Action Card app).

• Communicate procedural changes effectively.

• Prevent store closures through proactive operational support.

WORK SCHEDULE

Given the travel as well as the days and hours of the franchised locations, this position may result in longer hours and weekend work that may extend beyond the traditional 8 am to 5 pm. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of FBC or Management in a QSR environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Detail oriented and professional
• Excellent planning and organizational skill
