Are you looking to join a reputable growing organization? Winnebago Industries is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN.  The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the SVP, Chief Information Officer, back up administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a critical role in supporting office coordination for our corporate headquarters location. This role oversees and coordinates special projects as needed and must be creative and enjoy working in a result driven, customer centric, and collaborative work environment. The Senior Administrative Assistant must have the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.  

Day to Day of the Role:

Administrative Support

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the SVP, Chief Information Officer and Finance Leadership team as needed, including planning and coordinating schedules and meetings; managing calendar appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; completing expense reports; and preparing correspondence and presentations that are sometimes confidential.
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the executive leaders and provide a bridge for smooth communication and interactions between the Senior Vice Presidents’ office and internal departments.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures, and
  • handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Solve problems of diverse scope and exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies to provide solutions.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite tools including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel in preparation of correspondence, documents, and/or presentations efficiently creates charts, graphs, tables, and text slides; ensure formatting consistency and accuracy of time-sensitive, high-profile documents.
  • Manage special projects and tasks as requested by the IT leadership team.

Office Coordination

  • Oversee maintaining and enhancing the office and workspaces. Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain key relationships with customers and internal departments to build knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  •  Act as the primary point of contact related to day-to-day Eden Prairie office-related inquiries and requests, including workspace planning and move coordination, supply needs, and vendor oversight.
  • Work on processes related to office operations including office equipment and supplies, building access, etc.
  • Work closely with leadership and the executive admin team to lead and support company events such as quarterly office meetings, Office Committee events, etc.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Facilities, Human Resources, Communications, IT, Safety, Corporate Responsibility, and other teams to support local programs such as employee recognition, internal communications, and event planning.
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception and other common areas as able (conference rooms, break rooms, kitchen).
  • Supports process of planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.
  • Assist in supporting the building safety/disaster preparedness plans.
  • Serve as an active member participation in Eden Prairie office Employee Committees
  • (Safety Committee).

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years of related experience, preferably in a fast-paced and/or growing office environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, others as identified.
  • This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $90,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
